- lead all technical aspects of the project from startup phase to final release (and launch if applicable).
- translate customer specs in IEE system requirements.
- communicate to customer.
- present technical themes to customer/supplier and IEE internal.
- identify and close gaps in agreement with customer.
- identify technical risks.
- simulation of key functions on system level.
- lead design FMEA and field FMEA.
- system integration.
- follow IEE guidelines and rules.
- review and release design of capacitive sensors towards customer and internal specification.
- release test program for capacitive system.
- lead and/or perform calibration preparation work.
- release and support of end tests design at seat manufacture for capacitive systems.
- releases are to be issued on time.
- update progress of work in IEE data base.
- keep technical budgets.
- follow the Project Structure Plan (PSP) and all defined company processes.
- assist in mentoring within organization using engineering knowledge and problem solving facilitation skills.
- maintain a clean desk policy
