Dive deep into payroll disbursement vs. accruals/liabilities, identify risks and develop inspection framework.
Prepare inspection observations to present in monthly business reviews with leadership.
Improve Payroll reporting/reconciliation processes in collaboration with Operational Excellence team through process improvement projects (e.g. Lean/Six Sigma/Robotics).
Deliver Accounting Controllership projects to develop automated reporting analytics.
Advisory support to Payroll colleagues in resolving Payroll reconciliation queries.
Liaise with accounting team and Payroll vendors to effectively manage month-end close payroll reporting/accruals.
Review Payroll statutory payments, due diligence and reporting to regulatory authorities.
Support SOX302 quarterly attestations process.
Improve Payroll Accounting Controllership awareness in regional/global teams.
