Key responsibilities:
Gathering wellness and health-related customer requests;
Planning wellness activities with customers;
Engaging/maintaining and developing relationship with wellness partners;
Searching and analysing information in wellness segment;
Compiling commercial proposals for customers;
Working closely with back-office luxury experts in relation to requests’ processing;
Database maintenance;
Arranging for customers wellness and health-related appointments;
Such other services relating to the Group’s wellness project (and other projects in the frame of the Group’s non-regulated activities) as may be required from time to time.
