THE CHALLENGE:

Financial Systems Management:
Oversee the administration and maintenance of FP&

A systems (OneStream) to produce

budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the financial systems.
Implement best practices and processes to streamline financial operations and reporting.
System Enhancements, Automation and Integration:
Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements to support evolving business needs and processes.
Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades, integrations, and customizations.
Evaluate and onboard new technologies or tools to optimize financial planning and analysis processes.
Drive automation from raw data to insights generation in various FP&

A cycles and ad hoc analysis using cutting edge technologies.
Data Management and Governance:
Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain data consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
Define data structures, hierarchies, and classifications to support financial reporting and analysis requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and data dictionaries.
Reporting and Analytics:
Collaborate with FP&

A and Data Office team to design and generate financial reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses using system data.
Support management in understanding and interpreting financial data to facilitate decision-making and strategic planning.
Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of financial information to management
User Support and Training:
Provide support and guidance to FP&

A team and other users on system functionalities, troubleshooting, and best practices.
Be an internal consultant and enabler of new technologies in order to simplify and automate work for individual FP&

A team members (scripts, RPA, macros, etc)
Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective utilization of financial systems across the organization.
Act as a liaison between FP&

A, IT, and external contractors for system-related issues and enhancements.

YOUR PROFILE:

Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
Proven experience, 3+ years, in a previous financial systems role, preferably within an FP&

A/accounting function within a multinational business.
Strong knowledge of FP&

A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelling.
Proficiency in using financial systems and tools, such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), BI (Business Intelligence) platforms, and Microsoft programs. Experience with OneStream desired, but not mandatory
Experience with RPA (robotic process automation), Python scripts and/or Visual Basic is a clear advantage
