Senior Collector will be responsible for collection activities on a portfolio of accounts with open receivables balance positions for our Spanish-market vendors. Candidate will also be expected to have strong detail orientation related to complex account reconciliation tasks.

Key job responsibilities:

Independently engage and collect on a portfolio of accounts with open Account Receivables balance positions for Spanish-speaking vendors

Drive escalations when necessary to ensure timely collections

Coordinate with supporting teams around the world to ensure efficient and effective collections

Perform account reconciliations for assigned portfolio of accounts

Provide regular status updates and reports to management

Identify process or procedure improvements and submit recommendations to management

Manage small to medium-sized projects related to collections or process improvements

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
