The Financial Operations Account Receivable team is looking for someone who is driven, creative, results-oriented, and passionate about joining a world-class data quality monitoring team. The Financial Data Steward Analyst is tasked with analyzing and evaluating corporate relationships across Amazon to ensure accurate Legal Entity mapping of customer/vendor data. To do so this person will dive deep, leveraging a multitude of data points to identify corporate ownership while also defining processes and technology solutions that scale. As a data steward you are required to insist on data quality including suggesting upstream improvements to fix data issues at the source.

Our team builds new services to aid our Finance Operations Account Receivable Analysts drive coordinated collection activities, risk rate customers across the various Amazon portfolios and improve automated cash application services. We are launching new technology and this resource will be tasked as the key data steward to research corporate relationships and provide requirements to tech teams on how to facilitate data governance in our tools. The end goal is to verify systematic derived relationship data and aid in documenting requirements for the new system.

As a member of the Global Credit Risk and Debt Recovery team you evaluate trends in the data including external market data, and internal customer data to determine relationships.
