Performing wide range of travel and concierge requests worldwide like the following but not limited to: Dining reservations and suggestions Flower orders and gift baskets for special occasions Ticket inquiries Locating hard to find items Staff research for the client needs SPA treatments reservations and suggestions Suggestions for the newsletter calendar of events worldwide •
Managing requests
receiving, handling and control (when Charges &
Control manager is off (Sundays and Mondays, his/her Vacations) – the control of the requests is delivered by the Premium Back-office Manager) •
Working closely with international partners and service suppliers, conditions negotiation. •
Providing meaningful and relevant knowledge and insight to PA Team on the requests delivery •
Utilising a variety of resources, including search engines, web-sites and internal resources to research PA Team’ requests with the goal of delivering meaningful and valuable solutions

Maintaining database in CRM daily •
Providing support to the LSB Call Center Client Servicing Team on manager’s request •
Maintaining acceptable performance standards including effectiveness, efficiency and quality •
Working in a fast-paced, structured call center environment.
