We are looking for a hospitality enthusiast with a track of experience in hotels
preferably international brands, work at reception and knowledge of the reservation system Opera who would like to join our family team and willing to grow professionally and develop with high standards of the biggest international hotel chain.
Your basic tasks would mainly include:
• Provide excellent first impression to our guests and have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
• Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay
• Liaise with our housekeeping department to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
• Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special
requests, and check reports for accuracy
• Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system
• Undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing and switchboard, to ensure the smooth running of the reception area
