We're looking for an experienced IP Operations Risk & Compliance Analyst to join our team in Bratislava. In this first-line role, you'll be at the heart of our governance and control framework — not just ensuring audit readiness, but actively strengthening the operational control environment across International Programmes (IP) Operations. You'll work at the critical junction of risk management, compliance, and business delivery, helping our organization maintain the highest standards of operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively assess control effectiveness across operational processes through risk-based monitoring, thematic reviews, and stakeholder engagement
Identify and analyze control gaps, emerging risk themes, and operational weaknesses early — translating insights into structured, pragmatic remediation plans
Drive remediation and control enhancement initiatives, ensuring clear accountability, milestone tracking, cross-functional coordination, and sustainable closure
Coordinate internal and external reviews, ensuring precise, timely, and high-quality responses while proactively addressing issues before escalation
Ensure robust alignment between controls, processes, data & reports, and execution realities — challenging misalignment and driving governance maturity across a complex process landscape
Elevate transparency around operational governance topics to enable informed decision-making, helping leadership understand risk exposure, remediation progress, and areas requiring attention or escalation
